Immediately to the north a collection of 9 distinctive modern lofthouses stretch along Manning Avenue. The continuity of the design carries the dark brick while introducing a warm wood element to soften the facade and create a more natural blend with the existing neighbourhood. A private courtyard accessible for all the lofthouses off their main living space adds the finishing touch to Nero’s design and gives residents an increased sense of the outdoors.
